Hi friends-
Be careful with your eating habits
Here in northern India - especially in NCR to be precise which is facing a heat wave these days, the mercury is touching 45 C that makes life hack. Most people are suffering from dehydration due to heat and trying to change their eating habits. In case of working people it’s more important to keep an eye on what you eat which is must to maintain immunity of your body.

Our body heat
I am not a doctor but I know that our body has normal heat that should be decreased in order to keep our body temperature within reasonable limit but we must make proper effort to do that. We should know about proper diet suitable for summers to keep us cool. Eating fruits with hot effect would not help our cause but increase our body temperature. Let’s begin from the first diet of the day-
Breakfast – We can have milk, fruit juices, fruit shakes, sprouts and oats.
Lunch – keep it light; add pulses, curd, green leafy vegetables, salads and chapatti to your lunch.
Dinner- Again, you should eat light containing enough vegetables, consume curd, go for buttermilk but avoid meat especially fried and too spicy to keep your body heat in control. You should follow healthy diet plan to keep your body healthy because summer is worst enemy for our health.

You should consume
A- Green tea and cold Coffee, I hope you know how to make it (or I may write a good coffee recipe shortly for your benefit)
B- Eat enough seasonal fruits like watermelon, muskmelon, cucumber etc
C- Use fibrous food
D- Use lime, ginger, mint etc

You should not consume
A- Fried and junk
B- Eat sparingly but according to a fixed diet plan
C- Do not consume stored food it can contain bacteria
D- Eat dry fruits sparingly as it contains extra fat
E- Meat contains fat therefore harmful in summer especially in our area where the temperature rises steeply.
